Logo Mats & Grids

Nearly all C/S Mats, Grids, and Entrance Carpet can be logoed with your customer's name or corporate logo. C/S has two methods of manufacturing logos which includes silk screen logos and die cut logos.

Silk Screen Logos

Our silk screening process utilizes custom screens and permanent dye that is forced through all fibers below the screen. The silk screening process is used on our aluminum and vinyl mats that have carpet strips.

• When choosing colors, choose a background lighter than the actual logo color.
• Camera ready artwork is required
• Up to six different colors may be used to create a logo
• The closer the rail spacing, the clearer the logo will appear. The entire PediTred and Pedigrid line are the best products for silk-screened logos
• The number of logo colors influences pricing. Each color is a separate custom screen and screening process
• A large part of the logo costs are the custom silk screens. With this in mind, ordering a larger amount of mats will bring the unit price down.
• Standard screen sizes are 44"x 24 and 69"x40". Larger custom screens available.

Die Cut Logos

The die cut logo process utilizes laser technology to cut the different colors for the logo mat. The logo parts are then placed into the background color and are adhered to the backing. The die cut method is available in most DesignStep carpet patterns and Duromat products.

• Choose from the eight DesignStep colors or eighteen Duromat colors
• Unlike silk screening, any background and logo color combination will work.
• The logo is the same material as the background and the color will not wear through
