The abrasive action of granular material can destroy interior floors and finishes making replacement unavoidable. Rolling load testing is administered to measure the ability of a floor surface to withstand the weight rolled in through the entrance. 1000 lbs. rolling load equates to 4000 lbs. for a four wheeled vehicle. Hotels, convention centers, apartment and office buildings, banks, casinos, health facilities, malls, and car dealerships all have the potential for the occasional load of this size.
